BMI, calculated using the weight provided on the MUQ, and the height provided on the SQX or BQ. The SQX height is used if it is available and not out of range, otherwise the BQ height is used if it is available and not out of range. The weight is considered out of range if it is less than 60 pounds, while the height is considered out of range if it is less than 48 inches or greater than 78 inches for women or 84 inches for men.
